Cancelling your order
You can cancel physical items or orders by contacting us, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please keep in mind that unless cancellation takes place before shipment has been processed, your order cannot be stopped and will be delivered to you.
Our Support Team can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund (Less the payment fee charged by PayPal, which cannot be recovered). It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect - you can find information below. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.
Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within same business days from the time they are received

Policy on Refund
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt of or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only issue a refund after receiving a returned item successfully. So once customers finish their shipping return please update us the parcel tracking numbers. Once the return parcel delivered at our reception, we will check it up and inform the customer right away.

We greatly value you as a customer. Our goal is to provide you with an enjoyable, informative, and convenient shopping experience for cosmetic and beauty products.
Regardless, the parcels arrived, the post team delivered them to receptions, and receptions were unable to sign or claim the parcel or pick it up at the post office. The parcel was being returned to the origin country; the store is not responsible for any refund or costs.

Eligibility of Items for Return
Customers have the right to return any purchased items if it is not as described.
Please note:
- The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
- The product must never be used or opened;
- The product has to be sealed in its original packaging, including the protective cellophane or labels (if any) - if the product box has no mark or seal, you must keep intact the seal of the product, or any other protection marks;
- You shall ensure that the product conforms to all the accompanying components: samples, gifts, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions;
To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase.
Please ensure that you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order. If the free gift isn’t returned, then we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.
We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey.
Damaged/Faulty or Incorrectly Shipped Orders:
Please refuse the package if is damaged.
If you receive damaged, faulty or the incorrect items, which happens occasionally, we apologise and will take responsibility for fixing errors as fast as we can. We know it’s disappointing but unfortunately, we do request a few small things from you in order to process your request and verify the issue. We hope that you will have no problem assisting us and we thank you in advance for your cooperation. In the rare event that you do receive a damaged or faulty product or if we do ship you incorrect items, then you will need to:
- To advise us of the issue within 2 days of delivery, by email. Damages reported after this time will be considered customer damage and ineligible for a replacement or refund.
- Before we can send a replacement or the correct items to you, we will require you to, send photos of the items you received including an image of the packaging with shipping label and the packing slip and any damage that has occurred.
We will review each case individually and provide the best solution possible. We can offer refund, partial refund, discount for future purchase or reshipment of the item(-s).
Undelivered Orders:
We work with courier companies that deliver our products on our behalf. Successful deliveries rely on having the correct address at the time of ordering. Sometimes, as with the postal service, we run into issues with tracking, incorrect addresses and other logistical issues. Here’s how we handle orders that do not arrive to you for any of the above reasons:
- Undelivered orders returned to our facility or Refused Packages —due to incorrect address entered at the time of ordering and/or non-collection after repeated attempts for delivery, refused to pay tax fees and non-respond to our emails—will not be refunded.
- We recommend:
- carefully checking your order confirmation and immediately advising us via EMAIL for address changes or updates before the shipping process;
- responding promptly to calling cards left by our couriers to avoid additional shipping and reship charges.
- Invalid tracking numbers do occur from time to time. In the event that your order stops tracking or shows an invalid tracking number (not including the first day or two of shipment, as it takes time for the number to be scanned and start tracking after it is allocated), we will not immediately reship your order as often orders are delayed for reasons outside our control due to carrier services. However, we will work with you to ensure you get a delivered order.
Additionally, you will be not responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
