Will usually ship within same business days after receiving cleared payment.

We highly recommend to contact our support team if you do not receive shipping tracking numbers confirmation at the same day. 

Please to be noted that DELIVERY standard takes 3-14 working business days.
We are very sorry for any inconvenient delay shipping processing. It is out of our control but we are doing our best to keep you posted on your order parcel statue. 

Please note that all purchased imported items, tax fees and another duties are not our responsibilities and customers need to sort it out by themself. 

Customers refused to issue the tax/duties fees at arrival, and parcel return to origin country, CAN NOT REQUEST REFUND.
